For all occasions, all year round, visit our semi-gastronomic restaurant. It is open to both our bed and breakfast guests and visitors.

Homemade, locally sourced Mediterranean cuisine awaits you at Au Lavoir. Among the specialties, you will enjoy pan-seared foie gras, lobster with beurre blanc sauce, beef fillet with homemade fries, a cheese platter, a chocolate fondant, and Grand Marnier soufflé.

Meet in a space completely separate from the main house, on the covered terrace or in the dining room. The restaurant is open from Tuesday lunchtime to Sunday lunchtime. Book your table online or directly by phone.

The chef and his experience

It is Louis, nicknamed Loulou, who prepares the dishes served in the restaurant. He trained as a waiter at the Hôtel du Palais in Biarritz and as a commis chef at the Grand Hôtel in Saint-Jean-de-Luz. His apprenticeship continued for three years with the Troisgros brothers in Roanne.

His experience was further enhanced alongside Michel Guérard in Eugénie-les-Bains, then at the Château de Lignan-sur-Orb and the Château de Rochegude. He opened his first restaurant in Valras-Plage: Le Delphinium.

In 2012, he established the restaurant and bed and breakfast Au Lavoir in Colombiers. With the help of two assistants, he cooks delicious, seasonal dishes for you.

Breakfast

Join us every morning in the breakfast room to start your day off right. Hot drinks are served at your table, and the rest of the sweet and savory dishes are available on the buffet.

Breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 10:00 am on weekdays and from 8:30 am to 10:30 am on weekends. We can provide gluten-free options upon request.

The evening stopover

Enjoy a package tailored for professionals, from Monday to Friday, all year round. It includes an overnight stay, breakfast, and a bistro menu (starter and main course or main course and dessert), for €55.

Half-board

Is your stay 2 nights or more? Take advantage of our half-board option. For an additional €35, you'll enjoy breakfast and a bistro menu in our restaurant. This menu includes a starter and a main course, or a main course and a dessert.

Fire pit evenings

All year round, enjoy a convivial evening around a fire pit. Upon request, we can provide access to a secluded, private area with a pergola, weather permitting.
